Kerry Abbott, RN, MSN is vice president and senior consultant for The Nash Group. She is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in progressive and diversified operational leadership in the acute care hospital setting. Kerry has a reputation for successfully leading transitions and managing complex change in challenging environments for nursing services. As a consultant, she brings clients extensive experience in strategy development, project management, consensus building, and mentoring of healthcare professionals; and has a track record of success in helping organizations achieve operational and financial goals while maintaining patient safety and clinical quality performance. Kerry holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northern Illinois University and master’s degree in nursing from DePaul University. She is active in the Illinois Organization of Nurse Leaders (IONL), American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
